Chris Wade and his team have built a solid reputation for producing high quality conventional and CNC foundry patterns for a wide range of industries.
As a timed served pattern maker with over 30 years experience, Chris is knowledgeable in all types of the foundry process whether green sand, air set, floor or machine moulding etc.
High-Quality Conventional & CNC Foundry Patterns
We can produce patterns from wood, resin, aluminium and model board, working in conjunction with the customer/foundry we can advise on the most suitable materials specific to their requirements. We can provide new pattern equipment or modify, repair or refurbish existing patterns.
Using our cad/cam we can manufacture from 2D drawings and full 3D cad models.
There is also the facility to produce low volume aluminium castings in-house which can be machine finished using a customer's original brief, idea or design.
We have 2 CNC bed mills to ensure we can meet customers lead times however all pattern equipment is hand finished to provide highly accurate, quality tooling.

Water Fountain
The fountain pattern was hand turned and detailed from the customers original brief/sketch.
Reverse Engineered Casting
From the casting supplied, dimensions were taken to produce a 3D CAD model.

Our customer supplied a 2D drawing from which a full 3D CAD model was created.
